What a fun day today!
While my friend Donna C was in town this weekend, we agreed to meet here at my house at 7 a.m. so we could get out to take pictures together before the heat and wind picked up. She is an avid and talented photographer, specializing in capturing the wild creatures, like coyotes and hawks, around her rural home near Lubbock.
We had a great time. And, as this picture attests, we even had time to fly a kid's kite she found in this field.
