This was an experiment I did last summer. I made my own "backdrop" out of a colored paper while taking shots of flowers outside. Now I wish I had done more. I kind of like how this one turned out.
Hey, this is the plant that has tried (and I must day has done a very good job) to take over my garden. Bindweed is a great name since it binds itself to anything near. It is pretty but could so easily take over it left alone.
This reminds me of the pic you took a few days ago of the red flowers against the fence. This colour blue is such a good colour to take pictures of flowers against as it is the colour of the sky and looks so right.

I like the blue background. It makes the flower seem more important without distracting background elements.
