Door Ajar

"Door Ajar"
HEB grocery store
Odessa, Texas

Today an idiosyncratic photo, hard to explain my fascination of this image.
Why do you never find anything written about that idiosyncratic thought you advert to, about your fascination with something no one else understands? Because it is up to you. There is something you find interesting, for a reason hard to explain. It is hard to explain because you have never read it on any page; there you begin. You were made and set here to give voice to this, your own astonishment.

Something appeals, something yearns, something studies inside one. I like this photo too, who would think of H.E.B. when they saw it? Is that a cat holding it open?

It's a door with possibilities. It makes you wonder what's beyond it and makes you use your imagination. The light is also very kind and inviting. It's a very comforting photograph to look at.

Door apart, I like the textures and shadows and the effect of the light on the colour. Nice pic, clever lady

I like this shot too. I think perhaps it's the light and color? I can relate to the quote too. There are many times I find something fascinating and can't understand why no one else does!
