For Star Light and Son of Adam

Pentas and Agapanthas

In less than a month, Star Light and Son of Adam will be back home visiting. I can hardly wait! One of the things I did on my "cfd" was re-plant this flowerbed. Hopefully it will look a little more naturalized by the time they arrive. (And by "naturalized," I'm hoping that doesn't mean dead. ha)

What a lovely picture! with the chimes on the side, and the flowers beneath, you're going to have a hard time getting them to go back inside! Nothing like a nice, laid-back Texas afternoon on the porch...

Beautiful!! Hey another Soul Sista moment... 2 rocking chairs on our porch that we love to si and watch the sun or the electrical storms. AAAwww... peace on the porch! :)

Speaking of thunderstorms, once mom and I were woken up by a particularly vicious one early in the morning. We sat outside on that very same porch, wrapped up in blankets and watched it rage. Every so often the street lamp would turn off, then turn back on. At first we thought the power kept going out, then we realized, that it was light sensitive. The lightening would flash bright and trigger the light to turn off, then the dark would make it turn back on. =P It's a very dear memory. =) I can't wait to sit on that porch again. How did you get Dixie to stay out of the shot? It's just not the same without her.

Lovely photo of the two rocking chairs waiting for the rockers. It speaks volumes to me. The flower bed looks nice too! I know you will be happy to have your dear daughter home again and close to your heart.

Not sure what all she is, but I think in part a White Shepherd along with something else. She's the funniest dog I know. Mom, please post the house photos you once took again for me? Or send a link... I tried to find them, but I failed. =(

How funny is this Audrey... When I think how similar your moms world is to my world, well, it just makes me smile. Our Dogs even have the same name. :)
