Flower Power
Annie & Debi, circa 1980
Odessa, Texas
Here's a flashback for my oldest daughter, pictured here with me quite some years ago. She recently took photos of herself and her children in a field of flowers because she remembered this photo and wanted one like it for her kids.
(P.S. Thank you to my mom for this photo shoot.)

Wonderful, where do you find a field of flowers like this that you're allowed to stand in?
awh, we look so cute. I think they may be some of the same flowers in the pictures I took. Very beautiful backdrop but way sneezy after the "photoshoot".
wow - when I first saw it I thought you photoshopped yourself with Katlynn. She is so much like her mother at that time. amazing. What a lovely picture.
That was an amazing bloom year wasn't it. How those seeds stay dormant for years, decades maybe even centuries, then one day they get just the right conditions to bloom. I love this picture of y'all even though I took it.
It seems talent runs in your family!
Wow... it was a good year for bloomers, and sneezy I'm sure.
