Puh!

Another version of me -- a late, tired one

No makeup, messy hair, sweaty face, and one tired lady at 11pm last night.

Now that I'm rested, I'm ready to read your blogs and then go back to work!

Love the safety glasses + "seeing" glasses. I'm looking for Lazik surgery myself.

I hope Audrey and David appreciate all the hard work, and will offer to pitch in, so you can rest on the porch with a frozen margarita, listening to the coyotes in the distance.

The glasses are funny. But you do look tired. I guess I will let you off the hook for not going today with me to get roasted chilies and I guess you can have some.

Rima: I had lasik almost 2 years ago and I LOVE it. I was honestly blind as a bat, I think at the end it was -475 in both eyes. I also found that for me, Lasik was very cheap, out the door for $600 ($299 each eye) but I also didn't have astigmatisms very bad. My husband did and his cost about $1400 for both. Still very cheap considering how much it frees your life. Feel free to get my email address from my mom if you want to ask any questions.

Is that plaster on your fingers, dear? Nighty night, sweet pea.

Thanks, Antigone, it's a great help to know you love having had it done. I will email Debi to get your address (I also want to send you pics of Maya who looks a little like Katlynn).

It's so nice to have a socialized medical system here in Canada. But I'm still waiting for the government to pay for eye surgery - like everything else, it's quite expensive here and right now, I'm as flat broke as... help me out, Bobbie, can't find the Texanism for this one!!!

Roasted chilies!!! Fill them with cheese and fry them and you get my absolute favourite dish: Chiles Rellenos - oh, I'm salivating now

Sweetie, you look all tuckered out. But still as pretty and cute as ever.

Debi, I can still see your cute little dimple, even though you are completely worn out! Bless you baby!

Wal, Rima, you could say that your wallet was "flatter than a flitter" which is how the area around Lubbock is defined. He he. I love Chili Rellenos too!

You look like you deserve two margaritas and a big bowl of roasted chilies and a good massage. Make that a tall pitcher of margaritas.

I think you guys are absolutely right -- when I finish the bathroom I will celebrate with a big pitcher of homemade magaritas, with Audrey and David on my porch. And that will give us the perfect excuse to visit the freshly spiffed-up bathroom frequently. Voila! Perfect.
